Ever-so-often we have a few clients who opt to be behind the scenes when it comes on to their brand. They’d rather have a faceless brand than put themselves out there, because quite frankly, sometimes we’re just shy.
So that’s why today, we wanted to take the time to talk about, “Why Customers Need to See You”.
Ok. Let’s get into it!
For starters, people are doing business with you.
Not the secretary of your business, not the delivery guy, you.
And if you don’t know it by now, people don’t buy your products as much as they buy into you.
Let them see how great a person you are, and that way, they’ll feel even more comfortable shopping with you.
Secondly, people like seeing others who are like them.
It gives the feeling that you get them.
And when you’re more relatable, you can better attract the kind of people you’d like to do business with and your business can grow.
And thirdly, allowing customers to see you, builds your confidence.
This point is more so for the business owner than the customers.
Being the face of your business pushes you to be more than you currently are.
It pushes you to have a great image, maintain your brand, and it also pushes you to overcome fears of rejection and failure. And overcoming fears will not only make you a better businessperson but a better person in general.
