Humbird Code
​All team members will be subject to monthly performance reviews to ensure consistent alignment with company goals and expectations. These reviews will assess productivity, communication, adherence to deadlines, and overall contribution to team dynamics. Constructive feedback will be provided, and team members will have the opportunity to discuss any challenges they may be facing, as well as areas for personal and professional development. The Humbird Media Team follows a clear hierarchical structure where team members report directly to the individuals above them. The structure consists of the Director at the top, followed by the Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Digital Media Designer, Digital Media Designer, Administrative Officer / Junior Digital Media Designer, and Administrative Assistant.
Promotions within the team are based on consistent performance, with opportunities for growth available to those who demonstrate dedication and excellence in their roles.​​
