Cancellation Policy

Meeting Attendance: If you are unable to attend the scheduled Social Media Strategy Session, and we are unable to reschedule the session within the designated strategy period (1st to the 5th of each month), we will send a detailed list of strategic ideas via email for your review and confirmation. Idea Confirmation: You will have until the 10th of the month to confirm the proposed strategies. If no confirmation is received by the 10th, we will proceed with implementing the suggested ideas to ensure your social media plan stays on schedule. Payment Policy: Please note, payment for the Social Media Strategy Session and maintenance services must be received between the 1st and 5th of the month. If payment is not made within this time frame, social media maintenance for that month will not proceed, and your account may experience a disruption in services.
